4. E-Commerce Store Security : We have hosted our Web Store on Shopify, known for it's industry leading shopping cart, information privacy, secure and smooth customer shopping experience.

Gemstone Authenticity Certificates : All Gemstones sold in our store are Authentic, Genuine, Natural & Earth-mined, with or without Treatment (as per international standards, and with proper disclosures). Their certificates can be obtained with us, with a request, with a charge. Sometimes, with some gems, the certificates are included for Free, as mentioned in product specific information.
6. Jewelry Certifications and Stamps : All our Jewelry : Silver or Gold are both Stamped for Metal Purity : 925 (Sterling Silver), 14 K or 18 K as per Gold Purity. We also offer Authenticity Certificates from Gems Testing Laboratories, for Gemstone and Diamonds that are mounted in those jewelry piece, so there is complete peace of mind, while you buy with us.
7. Trade Certificates : We are members of the Gem and Jewelry Council of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
8. Google Business Certified : We are certified member, with business registration, address verification done for our Business Facility on Google Maps, registered in Google Business.
9. 3. McAfee Secure : Is live security screening process that is up 24/7 and appears on our storefront, always, on all pages to make sure that you, as a Customer are Safe, browsing on our store.
4. Personal Touch : You are always greeted personally when you interact with us, on our Live Chat, Contact us page, Purchases or Social Comment and conversation, so you know that you are dealing with real people, good human being and doing transparent and conflict free transactions with us.
5. Shipping Services : We have tie-up with logistic partners for all sorts of commodity, value and type of shipping. For lower value items, under $ 200 USD or so, we use the Economy Service of Logistic partners, as customers have time and do not to spend so much in shipping, hence they can opt for this. it takes 2 - 4 weeks in delivery. And for all orders above $ 200, we use Standard Shipping Services, where parcels and packages are delivered in just under 10 days. 
6. Our Logistic Partners : India Post = Registered and Speed (EMS) services - USPS, FedEx, UPS , India Post - Royal Mail and many more.
